Traditional batten and NVELOPE Rainscreen Subframe installation

Creating a cavity between the internal wall and the cladding is critical to any installation, allowing for the natural expansion and contraction of materials with changing weather conditions. DMDI installs cladding using the traditional timber batten method, with planks screw-fixed rather than nail-gunned to ensure a high-quality, fault-free finish. Where future-proofing is a priority, we can also install using the NVELOPE Rainscreen Subframe system, a proven method of fixing cladding elements designed to support even the most demanding panel materials and extend the lifecycle of the installation. All installations are carried out in full compliance with current fire and health and safety regulations.
