Flagship & DMDI: 1,700 Properties, Four Years of Roofline Delivery

Challenge

Flagship needed a contractor who could deliver at scale across a large property portfolio, without compromising on quality, compliance or communication. With planned maintenance programmes spanning multiple sites, they required a principal contractor who understood the pressures of housing provision and could be relied upon to deliver on time, every time.

Solution and Delivery

From the outset, DMDI worked closely with Flagship to understand their priorities and tailor our service accordingly. Our dedicated survey, estimating and procurement team assessed requirements property by property, while our fully accredited installation teams delivered the work to specification. Regular communication and a collaborative approach meant that the partnership worked.
