10 years of fundraising through our annual charity golf day

Our annual charity golf day is a cornerstone of DMDI’s corporate social responsibility activity, bringing together clients, partners and suppliers to raise funds for charities across East Anglia. In recent years we have supported East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices, the Community Sports Foundation, The Fire Fighters Charity and Big C, raising more than £130,000 in the last four years alone. 2026 marks DMDI’s 10th annual golf day, reflecting a decade of commitment to community fundraising and social value.

Social value in construction

At DMDI we believe construction businesses have a responsibility to create positive social value. Through responsible working practices, community engagement and ongoing investment in our people and local causes, we strive to ensure that every project we deliver leaves a lasting and meaningful impact on the communities we serve.

Supporting local communities

From long-standing charity partnerships to one-off fundraising initiatives, DMDI actively supports causes that matter to the people and communities across East Anglia. We work with local charities, sport teams, hospices and community foundations throughout the year, raising vital funds and giving our time to make a genuine difference beyond the work we do on site.

Environmental responsibility

DMDI is committed to reducing its environmental impact as we work towards becoming a net-zero business. Since 2020 we have planted 877 trees as part of our ongoing efforts to offset our footprint and contribute to a greener future. Alongside our tree planting programme, we continually review our working practices to ensure we operate as sustainably as possible across every project we deliver.
