After more than two decades of delivering roofline, cladding and training contracts across East Anglia and beyond, DMD Installations have recently taken the time to build a new website that better reflects who we are and what we do.
Why now?
A website is often the first impression someone can have of a business, and we’re well aware as to how important that is. It’s something we think about on every project we deliver, with the condition of a property’s roofline, fascias and cladding passing on a message to those who see it.
After all, a well-maintained exterior signals that the association takes care of its properties, with a high quality of service and attention to detail.
We felt it was time our online presence said the same.

The new site has been designed to be as straightforward and easy to navigate as possible, whether you’re part of a housing association looking for a new maintenance contractor, a facilities manager researching cladding or roofing services, or an office manager looking to book in your team for the latest accredited health, safety and compliance training courses.
Our full range of services is covered in detail, including everything you need on fascias, soffits and guttering, external cladding, flat and pitched roofing, and asbestos surveys. Alongside this, our training courses offer IOSH, CITB, UKATA-accredited asbestos training, working at height, and first aid.
Building on over two decades of work
At DMDI, we’ve been around for 23 years and worked on over 30,000 properties in that time. Last year alone, we installed approx. 150,000 metres of roofline materials. Our largest contract saw us work on over 6,000 properties. This site exists to tell that story and showcase our expertise and how we can help you. We’re small enough to care, but big enough to deliver.
