DMD Announces New Managing Director and Operations Director

DMD is thrilled to announce a significant restructuring in its leadership team as the company enters a new era of innovation and growth. Steve Bowden, formerly the Commercial Director, has been promoted to the position of Managing Director. Steve has been an essential part of DMD's success for 7 years, demonstrating exceptional expertise and a creative approach to commercial strategy. His appointment as Managing Director is a testament to his work and his deep understanding of our market and operations.

Under Steve's leadership as Commercial Director, DMD has seen remarkable growth and has significantly strengthened its market position. As he assumes his new role, Steve is committed to continuing this progress, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency, driving technological advancement, and expanding our market reach. His strategic vision is perfectly aligned with DMD's goals for expansion and innovation, ensuring that we continue to provide our clients with top-tier services.

In addition to Steve's appointment, we are also pleased to announce that Grant Peruzzi, previously the Head of Procurement, has been appointed as the new Operations Director. Grant brings a wealth of experience and dedication to our operations. His new role will see the continued development of our processes, optimizing our operational capabilities, and ensuring that we remain at the forefront in efficiency and customer satisfaction.

This new phase of leadership coincides with Dean Peruzzi's decision to step back and enter semi-retirement. Dean has been a cornerstone of DMD's success story, and his work over the last 20 years has profoundly shaped the company. Although he will be stepping back from day-to-day operations, his insights will continue to influence as he remains a part of the DMD family.
