DMD exceeds their Priscilla Bacon Hospice 500 Club £10,000 pledge

Following DMD’s successful 7^th Annual Charity Golf Day in May 2023, DMD successfully raised over £10,000 for local charity Priscilla Bacon Hospice. After being the first Platinum members of the 500 Club, we’re pleased to be the first to achieve their pledge.

Becoming part of the PBH 500 Club has been a welcoming experience, with the team at PBH being so lovely and dedicated to such a deserving cause. For those that are not aware, PBH Lodge opened in 1979 and only has 16 beds and the building, facilities and surrounding environment no longer meets the needs of the community, so fundraising currently is for completing the new PBH site, set next to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital. The new site will replace the old with all new facilities and more rooms for those that need it most.

I would just like to put on record my thanks to you and your team over the past few weeks. This was a very difficult project which had been put off, but one that had to be done. I know a lot of work and planning went into the organisation of this prior
to this commencing. I must pay credit to Lee who managed the project excellently from start to finish, which is a credit to your company. It was managed excellently. A job which, initially seemed to be very difficult was made very manageable by excellent project management from Lee and your team.
