DMD's 8th Annual Golf Day Raises £35,000!

DMD is delighted to share that our 8th Annual Charity Golf Day held last Friday was a huge success, raising an impressive £35,000! Despite the challenging weather conditions, the spirit of generosity shone through, showcasing the power of community and commitment to meaningful causes.

This year, we supported four outstanding charities: East Anglia's Children's Hospices (EACH), Norwich City Community Sports Foundation, Big C Cancer Charity, and Priscilla Bacon Hospice Charity. These organizations play vital roles in our community, offering support and care to those in greatest need. The proceeds raised will directly benefit them and assist in continuing their invaluable work, touching many lives in our community and beyond.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to all the participants, sponsors, and volunteers who joined us despite the rain and contributed to the success of the event. You helped make the day enjoyable and significantly successful in terms of fundraising. Your ongoing support is what turns our ambitions into reality, making a tangible difference in the lives of many.

The day was filled with friendly competition, laughter, and heartwarming moments, underscoring the communal spirit that makes our charity golf day such a highlight each year. From the first tee-off to the live auction, it was evident that every golfer, spectator, and organizer shared a deep commitment to the cause.
