The Level 3 First Aid at Work course is an advanced First Aid course. It provides you with a comprehensive set of skills needed by any first aider at work. 3 days long, the course is practical and interactive. Through completion of the course, you gain the skills and qualification needed to be a First Aider on site and receive a certificate in compliance with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974.

IOSH Managing Safely is a three-day course that gives managers and supervisors the knowledge and skills they need to manage health and safety within their teams. The course covers responsibilities for health and safety, hazard identification, assessing and controlling risks, accident investigation and measuring performance. Ultimatley, IOSH Managing Safely gives managers the confidence to drive health and safety performance within their teams and improve their organisation's health and safety culture.

The Managing Safely course is assessed in two parts: an IOSH assessment, consisting of a 45-minute closed book assessment consisting of 25 questions. As part of this course, you will also complete a risk assessment project within your work environment. A pass mark of at least 60% is required in both the assessment and project to enable an Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) certificate to be issued.
The initial IOSH Managing Safely course takes place over three days. The refresher course duration is 1 day.
The IOSH Managing Safely course is suitable for managers and supervisors.
The IOSH Managing Safely certificate does not have an expiry date. However, it is recommended by IOSH to you take a refresher course every three years to keep your knowledge up to date.

Gaining an IOSH qualification will allow the holder to ensure that their workplace's health and safety practices are current, effective, and well-managed.
The one-day refresher course is for delegates who have completed the full Managing Safely course within the last 5 years.
Delegates get to refresh their knowledge on the key parts of the full Managing Safely course by relating them to a plan-do-check-act safety and health management system, with leadership at the forefront.
It is a requirement for delegates to provide their full Managing Safely Certificate number (this needs to be within the last 5 years) to enable registration and completion of this course. Unfortunately, without this certificate number, we cannot sign off and mark as passed.
At the end of the course, there is a closed-book assessment. A pass mark of at least 50% is required to enable an Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) certificate to be issued. All delegates will need to supply their full Managing Safely certificate numbers.
